Situated on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, the property also includes private parking for your convenience.

The apartment is non-smoking and fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.



The Space:

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware, and major appliances: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with two double beds and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The outdoor space consists of the balcony and is enhanced by an outdoor dining area. There is also a shared swimming pool and a children's play area in the condominium.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The Neighborhood:

Las Lagunas is the largest and most modern area of Mijas, located next to Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. It is a lively residential and commercial neighborhood where many locals and long-term residents live, making it a practical and well-connected place to stay.


📍 Location

Las Lagunas sits between Fuengirola and Mijas Costa, forming almost a continuous urban area with Fuengirola. This makes it very convenient for accessing nearby towns, beaches, and major roads such as the A-7 coastal highway, which connects Málaga and Marbella.


🏙 Atmosphere

Unlike the traditional white village of Mijas Pueblo or the beach resort feel of La Cala, Las Lagunas is a busy, urban neighborhood. It has a strong local community and a multicultural atmosphere with Spanish and international shops and restaurants.

Las Lagunas also has several cultural and recreational facilities, such as:

M-122 – Fuengirola ↔ Mijas Pueblo

M-220 / M-221 – Coastal routes toward La Cala de Mijas and Marbella

Buses run every 15–45 minutes, depending on the route.

From Fuengirola Bus Station, you can continue to many destinations along the Costa del Sol.


🚆 Train (Best for exploring the coast)


The Fuengirola train station is about 5–10 minutes by car.

From there, the C1 Cercanías train line connects:

Málaga Airport – about 30 minutes

Málaga city center – about 40 minutes

Torremolinos – about 20 minutes

Benalmádena / Arroyo de la Miel – about 15 minutes


This train runs frequently throughout the day.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
