The apartment features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker), a cozy living room with a large smart TV, sofa bed, and access to a balcony. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the spectacular private roof terrace with lounge furniture, dining area, and a high-quality gas grill — perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and A/C, plus two modern bathrooms with bath and shower. All rooms have air conditioning (cooling & heating).

Extras include Wi-Fi, washing machine, fridge & freezer, street parking, and access to a communal pool.

The neighbourhood is quiet, residential, and ideal for a relaxed Costa del Sol stay. It offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everyday amenities, beaches, and the lively village centre of La Cala, known for its promenade, restaurants, cafés, and local markets. The area is popular with both locals and international residents, making it feel safe, welcoming, and lived-in year round. It’s a great base for enjoying the beach, coastal walks, golf courses, and easy access to the rest of the Costa del Sol.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and flexible. La Cala de Mijas centre and the beach are just a short drive away, and many local amenities can be reached on foot. Local buses connect the area with Fuengirola, Marbella, and other nearby towns, while having a car makes it even easier to explore beaches, golf courses, and the wider Costa del Sol. Taxis and ride services are readily available, and Málaga Airport is under an 40 minutes away by car.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
