The Space:

Welcome to this bright and modern apartment located in the well-kept Urbanización Ángel de Miraflores, just a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, tennis court, and a popular beach chiringuito.



The apartment features an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker), a cozy living room with a large smart TV, sofa bed, and access to a balcony. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the spectacular private roof terrace with lounge furniture, dining area, and a high-quality gas grill — perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and A/C, plus two modern bathrooms with bath and shower. All rooms have air conditioning (cooling & heating).

Extras include Wi-Fi, washing machine, fridge & freezer, street parking, and access to a communal pool.

The area is popular with both locals and international residents, making it feel safe, welcoming, and lived-in year round. It’s a great base for enjoying the beach, coastal walks, golf courses, and easy access to the rest of the Costa del Sol.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and flexible. La Cala de Mijas centre and the beach are just a short drive away, and many local amenities can be reached on foot. Local buses connect the area with Fuengirola, Marbella, and other nearby towns, while having a car makes it even easier to explore beaches, golf courses, and the wider Costa del Sol. Taxis and ride services are readily available, and Málaga Airport is under an 40 minutes away by car.
