Live a unique experience on the Costa del Sol!



Our property is located in a privileged location, in the heart of Andalusia, in the Golf Valley of Mijas. Being by the sea and just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport makes it a popular destination for golfers from all over Europe.

Your holiday can be the perfect starting point for a combined golf, beach, relaxation and culture holiday, less than 20 minutes from the old town of Marbella and the famous luxury port "Puerto Banús". The nearest town is La Cala and Fuengirola with a wide selection of restaurants and one of the largest promenades in Spain.



The property is next to the Cala Nova Golf course, the beach and La Cala.



This beautiful house welcomes us with a bright living-dining room with a cozy terrace.

This cozy property has a perfect decoration that will make your stay a perfect vacation.



At the back of the entrance we find a complete, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet.



On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms, one of them en suite (with shower and bathtub), which also has access to a wonderful terrace with incredible views. This same floor also has another complete bathroom.



On the top floor you can find a perfect solarium to enjoy the sun and its sunsets on the horizon.



It is an ideal and comfortable house. Going through the living room and the terrace, we find a large garden of more than 100 square meters with a barbecue area.



The house has a private parking space, in addition to the space available in this community.



The Calaburra-Chaparral area forms the coastal area that extends from the limit of the municipality of Fuengirola to the current urban center of La Cala de Mijas.

With almost 5 km of coastline and a 25-minute drive from Malaga and Marbella airport, it is an area with a privileged and strategic location. Between the bay of Fuengirola and the bay of Mijas is Punta de Calaburras, a rocky cape with two historical and important architectural landmarks: the old watchtower from the Middle Ages and the Calaburra lighthouse.



This area will undoubtedly satisfy the needs of golf, sports and nature lovers, with the advantages of living near the sea without having to give up great cultural and gastronomic offers. It is a 12-minute drive from Miramar shopping center.
