There is construction underway in front of the listing, this may cause some inconvenience due to some noise from the terrace.

Just a few minutes drive away will take you into the heart of La Cala town and beach, where you will find a fine selection of shops, restaurants bars. One Heights offers a large communal infinity pool (summer), separate childrens pool, indoor pool and Spa (winter), gym.

Wir haben das Apartment bewusst ausgesucht da wir uns in Miyas und Calanova Golf sehr gut auskennen. Das Apartment heisst nicht von ungefähr one heights. Spektakuläre Aussicht top ausgestattet sehr bequeme Betten. Herrlicher Pool super gepflegte Anlage, Gärtner waren täglich unterwegs.Wie überall in Spanien sind die Stellplätze in den Tiefgaragen maximal für Autos in Golf Grösse ausgelgt. Da man überall riesige SUVS als Mietwagen erhält ist die einparkerei eine nervige Angelegenheit.Der größer Kritikpunkt ist aber das sich direkt unterhalb der Anlage eine sehr große Baustelle befindet mit 5 Apartment neubauten. Ärgerlich das dies in der Anzeige mit keinem wort erwähnt wird. Man hätte sich vielleicht anders entschieden. Der baulärm war sehr störend. Zum Glück war das Wetter so schön das wir tagsüber am Strand lagen. Die Wohnung hat bodentiefe Fenster und eine verglaste terasse leider waren diese verschmiert und nicht geputzt so das man den Ausblick nicht genießen konnte. Ja wir haben dann selber ALLES gereinigt innen und aussen und dann diese fantastische aussicht täglich genossen.ich vergebe dennoch 5 Sterne für die Wohnung. Die beiden Kritikpunkte gehen an die örtliche Hausverwaltung.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Mijas

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick. Leider waren die Liegen auf der Terasse kaputt und wurden erst nach zwei Wochen ersetzt. Auch war die Terrasse nicht gereinigt. Zwischenreinigung nur auf Nachfrage. Trotzdem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Mijas.
