A modern, 200 sqm penthouse with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and an inviting dining and living area.

4 terraces offer a great view of the sea, the surrounding golf course Miraflores and of course the fascinating Andalusian countryside.

The penthouse can be reached in about 30 minutes from the airport in Malaga.

The living room invites you to relax in front of the fireplace or the TV. This is equipped with IPTV and numerous channels. Of course, as in the whole penthouse, there is free WIFI access.
The living room is also followed by the dining area. 2 of the 4 terraces offer a sea view and the other a view of the golf club Miraflores. The living and dining area is directly accessible from the fully equipped kitchen.
3 separate bedrooms with access to the balcony with sea view are located in the lower part of the penthouse. The large bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, there is another bathroom and a guest toilet in the lower part of the living area.

The complex is beautiful, with a lovely pool and plenty of space to sunbathe.The apartment was nice, but it is starting to feel a little tired, and like it needs a bit of TLC to bring it back up to date and in good working order. We noticed a number of leaks in various rooms (bathroom, ensuite, and fridgefreezer). The air-conditioning was frustrating as it was on a 2 hour timer, which meant that multiple times in the middle of the night we would have to wake up and switch is back on.The apartment was well eqipped with everything you would need when away from home.Maria was lovely and very responsive to messages.

Fabulous Family Weekend

This is a fabulous property, Clean, Well Kept and in a great location. Bars and restaurants with in walking distance as well as a supermarket. A bit further down the road to the beach but still a nice walk with plenty of bars to stop for refreshments. The pool area is very clean with plenty of sunbeds. The property is very secure which being a group of family all girls, was welcome.
