This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is located in the secure gated complex of Urbanizacion Aria. There is underground parking, a private plunge pool and access to a communal pool, kids pool, gym & sauna. A few minutes walk will take you to the nearest beach, or a short drive will take you into either Fuengirola or La Cala town centre. The apartment offers hot and cold aircon and free WIFI.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is arranged over one level. On entering the apartment into the open plan living space, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area for 4 people, with a separate utility cupboard in the hallway offering a washing and drying machines. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa, chairs and a 65¨ smart TV. The lounge leads out onto the wrap around terrace which has a private plunge pool, a further dining area for 6 people, a lounge bed, comfortable chairs and a BBQ/outdoor kitchen area.
