This penthouse is truly one of a kind—the only apartment offering its own private rooftop pool, making it a unique and unforgettable place to stay.



The Space:

Upon entering the apartment, you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge with plush seating. The living room is fitted with a 50” Ultra HD Smart TV, offering thousands of international channels, including Swedish, Norwegian, British, German, Dutch, and more. Large doors lead directly onto a generous 30 m² terrace, furnished with seating and a relaxing lounge area—perfect for indoor-outdoor living.



On this same level, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ample storage, designed for a restful night’s sleep.



Upstairs, the master suite offers a private retreat with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a separate laundry room. From the bedroom, step directly onto the private rooftop terrace, where sunbeds and your exclusive private pool await. This is the only apartment in the area with its own rooftop pool, making it truly one of a kind.



The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, Smart TVs with international channels, and air conditioning with both cooling and heating in every room.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful seaside town between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, famous for its blue-flag beaches, great restaurants, and the Moorish tower that adorns the core of La Cala. Near the apartment, you have a variety of restaurants from all corners of the world, and with food that suits everyone in the family. There are a number of grocery stores like Lidl, Aldi, and Mercadona nearby. There are buses every half hour to both Marbella and Fuengirola. Every Wednesday and Saturday, there is also a market nearby, where you can buy anything from fruit to clothing and gadgets.
