Welcome to Mijas! This wonderful studio is located just 100 meters from the beach and features a lovely garden within the complex, offering a relaxing and restful environment. It is situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator.
Upon entering, you'll find a carefully decorated space with abundant natural light. The white and beige colors of the studio will give you a sense of calm and well-being. You will love spending your vacation here!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cupboard, oven, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and all the utensils needed for preparing your meals. It includes a built-in double bed that can be easily stored away, transforming the space into an even larger and more versatile area. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed where 2 additional guests can sleep, and a Smart TV. The dining table for 4 is positioned next to a large window that spans almost the entire back wall. The views of the garden and beach from there are beautiful.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower with a glass screen. It also includes a cabinet with drawers.
The apartment also offers air conditioning, WiFi, a washing machine, communal parking, and a communal pool (open for several months a year—generally from May to October; we suggest checking availability before booking) that guests can enjoy during their stay, as well as a beautiful garden. Please note that due to drought conditions, the pool's opening dates may be affected.

*A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

* We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.

This apartment offers its guests a garden, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
