Stunning Golf Apartment Overlooking the Island Pool and on the Golf Course
This luxury apartment is located in one of the very best urbanisations in the Mijas golf area.
As we enter the apartment the first things we notice are how bright and airy it is. Directly to our left we find a new kitchen and coffee/breakfast bar which leads out to a wonderfully sunny terrace to soak up the Mediterranean sun.
Moving back to the main living space we are greeted by a large dining area and living room with ample space for entertaining. Leading off of this living space we have two spacious double bedrooms and two recently renovated bathrooms, Both bedrooms can be configured to either Doubles or single beds, one of which is en-suite for the master bedroom and the other directly next to the family bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to one of the two gorgeous terraces.
The living room also leads us out to the larger terrace where we have the most stunning views over the pool and gardens to the backdrop of the Mijas golf course and distant mountains. A perfect place to enjoy a cold drink on a warm summers evening.
This urbanisation has two very large communal swimming pools that would put some of the very best hotels to shame, and these are surrounded by perfectly maintained tropical gardens.
This is definitely a property to experience in person to really appreciate all it has to offer.
Sitio del Golf is a frontline golf complex situated in the southern side of Mijas Golf course and comprising of a mix apartments and penthouses that enjoy beautiful communal gardens with swimming pools and a kids splash pool, some of the properties enjoy Mediterranean sea views as well as countryside, mountain and golf course views.
Sitio del Golf is located to the west of the Hotel Tamisa and to the east of the complexes Paraiso del Gol and Hoyo, within a short walk from the Parque El Esparragal with it's bbq area and bar, approx 300 metres from Hacienda de Mijas Golf where there is a bar, supermarket hairdressers, lauderette / dry cleaners & the bar restaurant Venta La Torre offering breakfasts and lunchtime menu del dia.
