Stunning penthouse apartment within the luxurious Matchroom Country Club with a huge roof terrace, next door to Los Lagos de Mijas Golf Club. Large pool and separate kids pool, both with sun loungers. Ideal location for couples, families and keen golfers. The apartment is approximately 25 minutes away from Malaga's International Airport, and just a 10 minute drive away from the restaurants and beaches of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. Marbella is also a short drive away. This bright and spacious penthouse apartment has a total of three terraces. The bedrooms share a terrace with mountain views to the back of the property, and the sitting room opens up to another terrace with pool, golf and mountain views. Two separate internal/external staircases lead to a huge roof terrace, with two seating/dining areas and four sun loungers. The master bedroom is en suite. The second bedroom has two single beds with a separate bathroom next door. Both bedrooms are airconditioned as well as being connected by a separate terrace. The living room/dining space is very bright and spacious and a perfect space for relaxing. There is a large flat screen television with both Spanish and English Freeview channels installed on them. There is also direct access to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. This is one of the few apartments at Matchroom Country club that has been renovated throughout, tastefully decorated with two fully modernised bathrooms! Renting a car is recommended, but it's possible to get around without one. There is a bus stop outside and another at the end of the road. Taxis and Uber/Bolt work well in the area. Please note that some of the indoor facilities at Matchroom Country Club previously on offer from 'Heritage Resorts' are now closed. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.
