This two bedroom apartment is situated in the hills above Calahonda within walking distance of some local restaurants and bars and close to La Siesta Golf Course and Tennis Club del Sol.
You enter the property into a spacious lounge and dining area which has windows enveloping the room. It is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and sideboard, free fibre optic WI-FI, an IPod dock, Apple TV and a wall mounted LED smart television which offers channels in various languages. The dining area is furnished with a glass top dining table and four dining chairs. A breakfast bar with two bar stools separates the well equipped and modern kitchenette from the lounge and there is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge opens on to a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, two sun loungers with a small table and a built in barbecue from here you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views across the area and out across the Mediterranean Sea.
To the rear of the apartment is the master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower within the bath.
