Quiet area but not isolated, where shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and services are just a few minutes away on foot or by car. Offers high-quality construction and maintenance, as well as great privacy. Fuengirola and Marbella are 15 minutes by car and Malaga 30 minutes away, with a wide variety of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, and water sports centers nearby. Large sunny terrace with views of the garden and pool. Includes a parking space within the property.

Granada, Ronda, Antequera and Málaga, among other places, attract international visitors interested in Andalusian culture, history and architecture, and are easily accessible for day trips.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The gardener comes, at least, twice a week, for the maintenance of the pool, the exterior area, and the gardens. He is a person of strict trust who has performed the described services for several years.
