Villa Playa - Spacious 5 Bedroom Beachside Villa in Mijas Costa with Pool & AC

Villa Playa is truly unique - it is one of the few large villas on the Costa del Sol built genuinely on the seafront, giving it breath-taking panoramic views of the Mediterranean. From the community garden a gate gives you direct access to the beach and coastal boardwalk.

The property has access to a large saltwater pool, and also benefits from its own private garden with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Inside there are 5 bedrooms and a large open plan living area perfect for large families.

Villa Playa is set over three floors, with panoramic beach and sea views from the rear of the property.

There is a large open plan living area positioned on the first floor, which gives it spectacular sea views from the first floor terrace. On this floor you'll find:

- A fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar.
- The main dining area with a large dining table.
- A lounge with two large sofas (and other seating).
- A second dining area with a round table to seat 4 - 6.
- A cloakroom toilet.

From the main dining area there are sliding double doors which open onto the first floor terrace which has views onto the gardens and the sea beyond.

On the second floor you'll find the master bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has its own sitting area with sofa and coffee table, and a sea facing terrace. There's also a second bedroom, also with a queen size bed and a private roof terrace with a table and chairs and sea views. There's a full bathroom on this floor with a shower and bath which is shared between these two bedrooms.

The ground floor was completely renovated in 2020 and has three bedrooms, all with twin beds and their own en-suite bathrooms.

The property is accessed from a small path which leads down to the beach. There are large sliding electric gates which open onto the private driveway of the villa which has secure private parking for two cars.

To the rear of the property there is a private garden which has an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink, as well as tables and chairs to seat 10 people. The property also has over 10 sun loungers available.

Villa Playa is part of a small community which is comprised of the villa and and six small houses. From the villa's private garden you walk out onto the community gardens, where there is a large saltwater pool, outdoor showers, and grass lawns which are perfect for sunbathing. From these gardens there is gate which gives you direct access to the beach and the coastal boardwalk, which runs 8km from La Cala de Mijas all the way to Cabopino.

We supply all bed linen and towels for ten guests, as well as separate beach towels for outdoor use.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
