This beautiful 6 bedroom villa is situated in the La Cala Golf Resort overlooking the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains, and has a private pool. The complex is approximately a 7 km drive to the coast and walking distance to the golf and club house.



This spacious villa is spread over 4 levels, the 1st one being on entrance to the property where the private double garage is located. A stone stairway takes you down to the villa. On entry there is an open plan style dining/living/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room. The centre island can be used as a breakfast area. The dining and lounge areas lead out onto the spacious terrace fitted with quality terrace furniture which offers stunning views over the golf course and private pool. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor are fitted with 2 single beds. The family bathroom is located on this floor. On the lower level are the 5th and 6th bedrooms. The 5th bedroom has 2 single beds and leading off this room is the 6th bedroom which has a king size bed. Both rooms have their own access leading out onto the pool terrace area with sunbeds and with stunning views of the golf course. It also offers a kitchenette and shower room on this floor.
