This Beautiful Villa is situated in the exclusive Urbanisation Altaverde in Voltacado next to Mijas Pueblo and the Severiano Ballesteros designed Alhaurin Golf Course. It has breathtaking views down to the coast and sea either from the terrace or the pool area. Upstairs you have Lounge/Dining area with log fire, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet/shower room. Leading from the lounge takes you out to the upper balcony.
Steps leading downstairs, will take you to a double bedroom with ensuite shower/wc, and an extra lounge area to sit in like a suite. 2 further twin rooms sharing a full bathroom and another double with ensuite shower room.
Leading from two of the bedrooms takes you out to the pool area or this can be reached by steps on the exterior.
The property has free 5g wifi and International television available in the lounge. There is also a further 2 large TV´s in two of the bedrooms again with a full range of International channels, film and TV Series for guests use. A smart speaker is also at the property for guests to play their own music either inside the villa or at the pool.
The villa is an approximately 10 mins drive to the centre of Mijas Pueblo, there is also a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the accomodation which will take you in either direction either to Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola or to Alhaurin and Coin.
