Unit Layout

The property is a 4-room terraced house with 115 square meters of space, spread across two levels. The layout includes a comfortable and modern living/dining room with an exit leading to the terrace. There is also a lounge area equipped with a TV. The kitchen is well-appointed, featuring an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. A separate WC (toilet) is available on the main level, and the entire property is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating.

On the upper floor, you'll find an entrance hall, two rooms (each with a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people and measures 80 cm wide by 200 cm long), and one room with a french bed (160 cm wide by 200 cm long). This level also has a private bath/bidet/WC and a shower/WC. Like the main level, the upper floor also features air-conditioning and forced-air heating.
