Nice and spacious room, good beds. The behavior of receptionist Giuseppe was not acceptable. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people with 1 booking number and when we handed all in our passports he said that there is only 1 room booked. So we showed him the confirmation email but he continued to say that this is not his problem and btw the hotel is fully booked. Very arrogant and with wrong attitude,, I would expect a customer friendly approach and not 20min discussion until he looked at the passports to find out that indeed we had 2 rooms. Very disappointing.

A very beautiful hotel, good breakfast and location and friendly staff. The only minuses: the room was hot: 25,5 degrees Celsius - we tried to fix it on the panel on the wall with no success. I didn't like the hard mattress; my companion did.
