I didn’t enjoy the breakfast but I loved my stay so much… the place looked neat and fresh and the staff was friendly especially Flora , she was very nice, helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Milan.

A quiet and very convenient location. It is a little removed from the city center, but the metro station is within walking distance so it makes it worth it. It feels so peaceful and relaxed, and the rooms were also very cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Serious air quality issues While the staff at this hotel were friendly and the breakfast was decent, I cannot recommend staying here due to severe air quality and health concerns. I was originally assigned a room with an overwhelming, perfume-like fragrance. As an asthmatic, this room was completely unusable; I began experiencing respiratory symptoms within a minute of entering. To their credit, the staff kindly moved me to a larger room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the second room had even more serious issues. While the air in the main room was better, the bathroom was clearly affected by severe mold damage. The smell and the physical sensation in my lungs were so intense that I had to hold my breath just to use the toilet. Upon closer inspection, the air intake vent in the bathroom was blocked, and the exhaust fan did not run continuously. Despite the staff being polite and acknowledging the room changes, no compensation was offered for the significant distress and health risks caused by these conditions. If you are sensitive to smells, have ever suffered from respiratory issues, or simply wish to avoid the risk of mold exposure, I strongly advise staying elsewhere.

Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Capite le mie preferenze mi hanno cambiato stanza che aveva la vasca anziché la doccia senza che lo chiedessi espressamente. Le stanze sono pulite e rimodernate, i bagni no anche se risultano puliti e funzionali. Il doccino (sia nella stanza con vasca che con doccia) è perfettamente funzionante e nuovo. L'isolamento acustico sia verso l'esterno che verso l'interno è buono. La colazione è quanto ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. Ottime le brioche/croissant, buonissima la torta salata valdostana. Caffè della macchinetta self service discreto, è Illy caffè. Purtroppo in 3 giorni non sono riuscito ad assaggiare il bacon perché già terminato sepppur recandomi a colazione circa a metà della fascia oraria. Mi è stato detto che per questo non fanno il refill... peccato. Uova strapazzate buone, salumi discreti, buona selezione di pane. Parcheggi sufficientemente ampi.
