Good apparemment but the communication and the arrival was not good

We arrived at the appointment, followed the procedure but someone answered us that she was already in the appartement. Then we booked a hotel because we thought it was a scam. And the owner of the apartment called us with another number we didn't have at 21h... And he told us we had to call him but we didn't had his number before... So we booked a hotel for nothing
