Disappointed to say the least! The smell of cigarettes hit us the minute we stepped inside, to the point where our clothes smelt of it when we left. Then we noticed the general hygiene of the place was poor, markings all over the walls, smashed mirror and thick black hair in the bathroom. They had also used a temporary shower curtain due to a broken panel but this meant that the bathroom often became flooded/ slippery due to the length of it. We then discovered the wifi was not working, normally this wouldn’t bother us but there was no service in the area and the lack of communication was awful. Not once did the owner come in to check if they could fix it and could barely reply within 24 hours of a text. This resulted in us paying money to check in at the airport as we couldn’t on our phones and not knowing times of transport as we couldn’t search them. Finally when we went to charge our phones we realised the outlets didn’t match our plugs, the owner provided an adaptor but it only worked in the bathroom and next to oven. I would not recommended this place, please stay somewhere else if you can!

If only it had Wifi and enough curtains...

Pro: - Decently Priced - Clean. We had no trouble whatsoever with the cleanliness. - Laundry and Kitchen; We made great use of the washing machine and kitchen. - Would be great for extended stays except... Cons: - Wifi is AWFUL. Sometimes it was enough to load a hotels.com page, but really only early in the morning or late at night. This booking should not advertise WIFI. What is in the flat is a WIFI extender, and where it is extending from I couldn't guess, but it does not work very well as currently set up. I would recommend either replacing the extender with a dedicated router, or remove "free wifi" from the description. - Flat location prevents regular access to mobile phone data. For example; If you need to book at a taxi online, since you can't use the flat wifi, you will have to stand outside by the street and use your mobile data. - Shower faucet needs to be replaced; it shoots water towards the roof when on 'spray'. Simple fix. - There are no curtains for the round window, so be sure to wave to the other flat users who pass by outside at night. Another simple fix. - If you happen to stay during a cold spell, it may be colder inside than out. Room could use a blanket for the bed.

Alessia's Flat - Portello 2 Via Sidney Sonnino 4, Милан, IT - забронировали апартаменты с 11 по 21 сентября. Изначально был квест забрать ключи из бара, найти который было не просто и когда мы его нашли внутри была полиция и никого не пускала. Минусы: Сами апартаменты не соответствуют фото совсем, не знаю какого года размещались фотографии, но сейчас все стены обшарпанные, пятна от плесени, просто жёлтые пятна и штукатурка отваливается. Запах сырости и плесени стоит на столько сильный, что нас хватило переночевать там пару дней, а потом мы нашли новое жильё и уехали, нам было плевать на деньги. При заезде в шкафу стоял огромный мешок грязных полотенец, позже в том же шкафу я увидела таракана, диван весь в пятнах и пахнет сыростью (думаю он как раз эпицентр неприятного запаха), ручка от входной двери отваливается, в душевой если ты захлопнул дверь, то с первого раза можешь её не открыть, только с обратной стороны. Есть посудомойка от которой ужасный запах если она открыта. Вода в душевой стоит по щиколотку, на полу в ванной просто какие-то белые разводы на кафеле, из принадлежностей три маленьких куска мыла и два полотенца. Парковки нет, это просто места возле дома, которые всегда заняты местными жильцами. Слышимость сильная. От центра очень далеко, пешком больше часа. Плюсов нет. Приложила фото реального состояния квартиры.

Мне понравились апартаменты, Стильные красивые, удобные. Было 3 момента которые не могу назвать приятными: 1 - отсутствовала туалетная бумага, 2- было сломано биде и в мое отсутствие апартаменты посещали. Это мне не понравилось потому что оставался мой макбук с личной информацией, если бы знала, что будут заходить, то брала бы с собой. Расположение пешей доступности до Fiera Milano citi рядом большой Ашан, это удобно. Можно. было понять что апартаменты новые. Не было заточенного ножа. Чайника тоже не было, что важно для клиентов и наших стран. Плита сенсорная, я лично пользоваться не умею, но есть микроволновая печь. WI Fi слабый, потому что внутри не ловит сотовую связь
