Hi, I'm Serenella, I would be happy to welcome you to my modern and comfortable apartment in Milan with 2 bedrooms, living room with comfortable sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large bathroom with tub and shower, ultra-fast wi-fi with fiber, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating, free garage for your car. But what makes this large apartment in Milan unique is the enchanting roof garden where you can relax on the comfortable deckchairs, dine with friends and family while the children play freely. Enjoy the organic lemons, apples or aromatic herbs that I grow for my clients in this safe and quiet garden on the second floor that surrounds the entire house.
Completely renovated a few years ago, the apartment offers large bright spaces and designer furnishings, designed to offer maximum comfort and style.

BEDROOMS:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed with twin beds. Upon request, a cot suitable for children up to 3 years old will also be available for the little ones.
LIVING ROOM:
The elegant living room with large windows that make it extremely bright, has a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table. The designer pieces and paintings that decorate the room make it particularly welcoming and suitable for relaxing after a day spent in one of the most elegant European cities.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven with a safety lock for the little ones, induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, moka to prepare a real Italian coffee and everything you need for cooking. Next to the dining table there is also a high chair for the little ones.
BATHROOM:
The large bathroom is extremely comfortable, equipped with an elegant shower and large bathtub, hairdryer and bathroom products. The detergent cabinet has a safety lock for children.
WI-FI and TECHNOLOGIES
The apartment is equipped with ultra-fast Wi-Fi with a fiber connection, ideal for work or leisure. Each room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The heating is autonomous. Access to the apartment is possible via a smart-lock, your code will be provided to you before arrival. ROOF GARDEN
What makes this elegant apartment truly unique is the hanging garden which can be accessed from all the rooms via French windows, being on the second floor it is very safe and the house is extremely bright and quiet. The garden, an ideal place to relax, is equipped with a dining table with chairs and a few deckchairs where you can take a break or observe the stars, having the feeling of not being in a big city.

THE CONDOMINIUM
The modern condominium is surrounded by a large fenced garden where there is a children's play area with a slide and swing, a barbecue area with a large table that can be booked for a dinner or lunch and bicycle parking. From the large gate you can access the floors below where the garages are located. Our garage that we offer free of charge to guests who request it is located on the -1 floor. The entrance is 2mt.15 wide and is therefore not suitable for vans or cars that are too large and can be parked on the street. However, a short distance from the house there is a paid guarded garage.
LOCATION AND SERVICES:
Located in the ancient Greco district, this apartment, furnished with style, offers the experience of discovering the authentic Milanese life again. Share with the elderly of the neighborhood and the young professionals the delicious brioches and cappuccino in the bar of Piazza Greco, visit the shops of the neighborhood, such as the well-stocked butcher, or the baker who every morning bakes hot bread or pizzas and do not forget to visit the stationery shop with its pencils of a thousand colors. Also excellent restaurants of the neighborhood for all tastes and budgets. . Also within walking distance is the shopping area with 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, an excellent pastry shop, a shop with products for pets and a general store. In the street in front of the gate is the rehearsal room of the Teatro alla Scala, it is not uncommon to meet musicians with their instruments walking around the neighborhood. The house is located within the B area of ​​Milan and not far from the main arteries that quickly lead to Lake Como and Varese, Bergamo, all the motorways and airports.

Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It can be cleaned on request during your stay with an additional cost to be paid directly to the company. The change of linen and sheets can also be provided for a fee on request. The laundry service for your clothes is provided by the nearby laundromat.

GUESTS:
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people including adults and children plus a baby in a cot on request. The apartment is ideal for groups of friends or family or for 3 colleagues each staying in a different room. The beds cannot be separated.

Up to 1 maximum of 2 dogs are allowed which must be reported and will pay an extra cleaning fee of 15 euros per stay, cats, due to allergies, are unfortunately not allowed
