We stayed 2 nights. There was major reconstruction work in the apartment next door. We were rudely awakened at 8 am on the Friday morning and 8.30am on Saturday morning with loud hammering and drilling. This continued throughout the day. We complained to the workmen but they pointed out construction can start at 8am in Italy. This apartment should not have been rented. There is major construction work being carried out in the building, with protection on the carpets, this may continue for several months. You cannot leave your luggage for early check in or late check out, you have to take them to an office a few blocks away. The air con in the room is not fully working, it needs a re-gas. On a positive note the room was ok and the staff are very pleasant. Location is near a Metro station.

Central stay in Milan

A little bit misleading. Should be communicated in advance that it is more of an apartment rental than a hotel. The check in procedure was incredibly frustrating after travelling for 20 hours. And at first we were not able to find the location. Host needs to be mindful of the fact that people are coming from outside of Europe and may not have access to wifi thus the check in instructions should be sent a couple days prior. Otherwise the location was great and the room itself was good. Thanks

The host is very responsive and helpful. The flat is lovely. It’s very modern and clean with great features like microwave. The towels are large and fluffy. There are fairly good toiletries and house slippers. There’s a dish washer too but I think a clothes machine washer would have been more useful. The place is hard to find and there are some stairs to climb before you get to an elevator. The AC was werid and it didn’t ever adjust to the temperature set at so it was a bit hot in the room. Overall I would stay here again.

Awful property Room itself was ok, however leaking sink in room left a pool of water in the bathroom. Decided to move out after 1 nights stay into a different property. Requested some form of compensation but refused Would not recommend at all.

Walkable to many dining places and popular tourist attractions. A/c doesn’t work really well. The second night we couldn’t sleep because a/c was not working we were sweating as it’s summer and very hot in Milan already. Also, I was charged $13.00 more than what’s listed on my receipts. Host won’t let us in unless I pay the amount he’s asking stating that it was Expedia’s mistake for listing the wrong amount on my receipt.

We had a fantastic stay at the Garibaldi apartment. It was great value compared with others of the same quality or in the same location. And it is a great location, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops around and the metro just around the corner. We were met by Luca at the apartment, the check in was quick and easy.

We loved the location of the property, we were able to walk to many sites and get to explore a lot of Milan. We loved having a full kitchen, did have some difficulties with the shower. Overall good stay, and felt for the price a good value for what you get.

Great location being walkable to most places. Room looks exactly like the photographs and bed very comfy. Only downside is the property entrance. Difficult to find being off the Main Street and entrance is very old fashioned.

Great place. Large room with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Close to the metro and in a good location. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby but very quiet. Highly recommend.

The room was super up to date. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. Our contacts were waiting for us and helped us settle in quickly. Our location near the Moscova metro station was ideal.
