The staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was available for clients to use to go to the metro station and back to the hotel. Huge savings on that, one doesn’t need to take a taxi all the time.

Very convenient for airport departure with an efficient shuttle service. Clean, comfortable room and excellent service. The only downside is that it is in an isolated location with only one sushi restaurant in walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant is good but not outstanding. Would stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable, and included water in the mini-fridge for the guest. I selected the breakfast included price, and it was well worth it! The hotel is an easy 15-minute walk from the airport, in case you don't have an international calling plan to call for a shuttle pickup, and you can take the shuttle back to the airport to access the Milan Metro system to go to the city center.
