The front desk attendants (who seemed to work around the clock since the same two gentlemen were there for our late afternoon check-in and the following morning when we left) were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They answered our questions before we could ask them. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There was an electric kettle and complimentary tea/coffee supplies, snacks, and bottled water in the room. One minor issue was that the shower stall is tiny and the water leaked out onto the bathroom floor though the shower door was fully closed. At the in-house restaurant, we enjoyed a delicious pizza after checking in and a lovely breakfast the next morning with all of the staples. The hotel is very close to Linate airport and provides free parking at the hotel and convenient, free shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk staff provided us with a map and instructions for taking the metro from the airport to Milan's commercial center (about a 10-minute ride on subway line 4 towards San Cristoforo, stop at San Babila. Purchase tickets from the machine at the station) Our only suggestion would be that the outside of the hotel could be made more attractive. When we first arrived, we thought we had made a mistake in choosing this hotel looking at the external appearance. Happily, that thought disappeared the moment we stepped inside.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We also really appreciated the shuttle service which was available to get us to the Metro station so we could get to Milan downtown, as well as return to the hotel.
