This 40 sqm apartment, recently renovated and furnished, features a small entrance, a kitchen equipped with a small oven, toaster, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, fridge with freezer, and all the essentials for simple home cooking; a sunny terrace with table and chairs ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs outdoors; a cozy bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and wardrobe; and a bright bathroom with shower and bidet.
