Worst reservation ever, had to book another place!

I never got the access code after paying city tax on their website. No reply on whatsapp or email. Had to book another place at 1.30am in the night. They still aren't responding to my several emails about a refund. Worst experience ever for a reservation.

Great locación and super smooth check in / out process. Apt was nice as well as the area, lots of stores, restaurants and grocery stores. Over all very nice experience!!!

sábanas limpias y lugar bien equipado sin embargo el lugar en si no estaba limpio, hay mucho polvo, al baño le falta mantenimiento y la calefacción no se podía controlar por lo que hacía mucho frío

Rigtig god lokation, og sikkert en fin lejlighed til unge, uden særlig høje krav til standard. Var der med 2 børn, og det var den meget lidt egnet til… En meget lydt og varm lejlighed (ingen AC) med mange mangler. Den ene sovesofa kunne man ikke sove i, ingen ac, næsten ingen service, skulle selv klargøre senge osv. kontakten var dog helt i top - god kommunikation med udlejer
