Delightful apartment of about 90 sqm, located in a residential and semi-central neighborhood of Milan.
Finely and recently renovated and furnished with taste and functionality.
It has a large and bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven , refrigerator , coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa on which to relax and perhaps enjoy a good movie . Smart TV
Two bedrooms; one windowed double, equipped with a comfortable large bed and an open wardrobe on which to store your clothes, and another smaller one with a small balcony and a comfortable double sofa bed , and a desk.
The bathroom is equipped with a 'large shower and window, equipped with everything you need.
Silence and privacy guaranteed.
The accommodation is just a few meters from the subway stop M1 Primaticcio, but also to the brand new line M4 Gelsomini, which allows you to reach the city center in a few stops, with terminus at Linate Aeroporto.
The Milan Trade Fair can be reached in a few subway stops and is about 5 km away.
The San Siro Stadium is instead reachable in 10 minutes by car.
The accommodation is ideal for families, couples , small groups of friends but also an 'excellent solution for business man passing through the city . Automatic self check in.
