Bright and modern studio apartment for 2 people, with balcony, located on the first floor (with lift) of Palazzo Candiani, a few steps from the Polytechnic University and Milano Bovisa station. The apartment consists of a large room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with all comforts including a dishwasher, a windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle. Washing machine, internet with fiber, and in the common areas garage and gym are available to guests.
Bright and well furnished studio apartment with a flat screen TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom with shower and washing machine, and free WI-FI.
The building is complete with a provate gym, accessed on request.
Palazzo Candiani is a modern complex with 19 apartments for rent of different types (it is possible to rent more adjoining apartments), and has a gym and garage available for guests (check costs with our customer care service). All apartments have the most modern comforts and an automation system to manage the temperature of every apartments and the opening and closing of doors and windows.
The area is excellent as a starting point to reach the new Fiera Milano in Rho
