Via Laurana is located in the northern part of Milan, within a quiet yet strategic residential area. The nearby Piazzale Istria area provides supermarkets, bakeries, and local markets within walking distance, combining the convenience of the city with a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well served by public transport. The nearest metro station, Istria (M5 – Lilac Line), is only about a 5-minute walk away and provides quick access to Garibaldi, Zara, and San Siro Stadium. Several bus and tram lines also operate nearby, connecting easily to the city centre and Milano Centrale railway station.



The property is outside the main ZTL area, making it convenient for guests travelling by car while still close to all key attractions.

Modern apartment

The apartment was nicely updated and felt safe. The check-in process was a little frustrating because we were asked to get a hold of the management company, yet no one was responding, so we stood out front for 20-30 minutes. When we did finally get someone on the phone, the process was smooth and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. There is a nice grocery store right across the street and a short walk to a bus station and metro. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were nice. Our only complaint is that the showers could use a deep clean. The management company offered to send someone out, but we were only staying for two nights, so we declined the offer. The walls are a little thin, so the neighbors could be heard early in the morning and later in the evening, but not too disruptive. Overall, it's a nice place and a good home base for visiting Milan.
