The basics

The first night we spent there was cold and we couldn’t do anything about it since it’s controlled centrally by the building. As far as amenities, only the basics are provided. The kitchen didn’t have a toaster or a coffee maker (other than a single serve Italian coffee maker). The standup shower is really small. The location however was convenient with close access to the Metro and other amenities. Overall, it is a spacious but basic apartment.

Owner never contacted us for registration

Never got check in instructions, sat on sidewalk 97 degrees for 2 hours. Owner never answered phone multiple times. Had to find another place to stay and cost me $1800more. Requested refund, hopefully still in process, but now they say it will only be partial? Very upset
