Nice, very bright apartment with private balcony located in the heart of Monza. Finely furnished to welcome travelers from all over the world, the apartment is located on the first floor with lift of a quiet building, in an excellent position for exploring nearby places of interest. Ideal for those who love to spend their holidays in absolute tranquility and total comfort!
SPACE
This lovely apartment is ideal for any type of traveller.
It is located on the first floor with lift and is perfect for visiting the heart of the city in just a few minutes.
The apartment, very bright and quiet, is equipped with a security door and at its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with chairs, a TV, Wi-fi connection via ultra-fast optical fiber, also perfect for smart working and a comfortable sofa bed that line a modern and spacious living room.
The kitchen is complete with everything, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and obviously pots, pans, plates and cutlery.
There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, sink, toilet, hairdryer. For free you will find a courtesy set consisting of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and body soap.
For the winter season, the house is equipped with an independent heating system, while for the summer season it is very cool, thanks to its exposure and strategic position. In case of excessively hot days inside the apartment you will find a floor fan.
There is also a large private balcony.
Nothing is left to chance: everything respects the standards of cleanliness, elegance and attention to detail.
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 people, and is the ideal accommodation for couples, friends, business trips and for families with a newborn (to be requested when booking a cot/cot suitable for a child from 0 to 15kg) .
