USEFUL TIP: get the front desk staff to connect your device(s) to the WiFi *when you check in*! Although price included “free WiFi” the connection process didn’t work from the room. When I called the front desk the staff told me “Just keep trying and trying. If you can’t ever get it to work bring your phone down to the desk and I can connect you”. Possibly if you are a Marriott member it would work better. Negative #2: While this hotel has “Milano Linate” in the name, in fact it was an 18€ taxi ride away from the airport, and does not offer an airport shuttle. Positives: the staff were nice and the room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot.
