The hotel is excellent—exceptionally friendly staff, very comfortable room and luxurious bath tub—would definitely recommend! The surrounding area lacks sidewalks and it can be a bit of a trek to find the hotel. However, the airport shuttle was fast and pleasant!

I booked at this hotel since I had a 6:50 am flight from Malpensa airport in Milan. I paid for shuttle, but the shuttle didn’t take me to Departures. He left me with my luggage at arrival and he said they are not taking to departures, which I specifically asked when I booked. I had to walk quite a bit to get to the check-in departure desk.
