We visited Milan as a family and the hotel was a perfect fit. The apartment was well outfitted from the kitchen to the amenities in the bathroom and even a washer/dryer unit and exercise room. The team was in touch for help even before we got there to organize a car from the airport and calling taxis for us when requested. Be sure to engage with the team before you arrive, especially if its outside the hours they are in the office as its not like a regular front desk at a hotel and you will need assistance.
