Swiss Alps Tour

The accommodations were acceptable. The communication with our host was terrible. The keyless entry requires wifi which went down when we lost power due to a power surge. We contacted the host and were told a technician would be sent to fix the issue. However, when we returned from our all day tour in the Alps it was not fixed and we were locked out of the place for several hours. We attempted to contact the host by phone, email and communication app, which were all ignored. Only by the kindness of a neighbor were we able to restore the power and gain access to the apartment. I would not recommend staying here.
