The apartment was nice, beds comfortable, and bathroom clean. However, the communication from the property manager and check-in process was terrible. The didn't tell us until check-in time that we had to call them 30mins prior to arrival so they could arrange to let us in despite us contacting them 2hrs before we got there asking what we needed to do. So we had to stand out in the rain and wait. The tourist tax had massively increased and no one bothered to inform us prior to our arrival. The shower head also wouldn't stay up, there was no soap to wash your hands, no body wash, and wet smelly towels left in the washing machine. A shame as the actual apartment was very good.
