We enjoyed our stay. The biggest downside was that the walls were VERY thin and we could hear pretty much everything going on next door, from coughing and talking to...more amorous activity. This biggest upside was the restaurant next door, Ristorante Qui Si Mangia. It is run by the sweetest couple, great food, and the best price for wine on tap I saw in Milan during our week there. We also liked that it was close to Centrale Station but not too close.

What a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, delicious buffet breakfast and Paula goes out of her way to make sure you feel like a celebrity there. Its conveniently located very closed to the Milano Central train station. Loved it!

I was keen for a safe hotel as i was travelling alone. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was just right for me with everything i needed. All staff i encountered were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Whilst in a business district the metro was close by and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Racist workers

One of the bartenders was incredibly racist and did not show any kindness. We inquired about our 20 minute wait for our item we ordered but he did not seem to show any sympathy. He also used the word “China” in Italian to describe us, while laughing and mocking. This is not okay and I hope you take considerable steps in addressing it with this hotel.
