Sadly I had a very bad experience at this hotel and do not believe it should be on Hotels.com. It really isn’t a hotel - more like a spare room in someone’s house. The temperature outside was 37 degrees (and didn’t drop below 27 degrees all night), but the A/C in the room was broken and all there was to try to keep you cooler was a very old fan. You couldn’t open the door to the terrace without moving the bed. (I was offered an alternative room in the attic - with working A/C but it was a sloping roof to the floor with no windows, and the A/C had not been on - it must have been 45 degrees in there when she showed me the room. The pillows were like concrete and the sheets and towels very rough. There was nowhere to hang anything. Breakfast was served outside under an awning and I got dozens of mosquito bites whilst I was waiting for it to be served. Hotels.com said it was a 20 minute walk to Fierra Rho but Google maps told me it was 40minutes. I had to take the Metro - the walk to the Metro was 16 minutes. The lady in charge was very nice but that really didn’t help.
