A good budget choice, a central location

We stayed at the place as a 4 ppl. family for 2 nights in October. The location is great, in the city centre. The check-in was easy. The amenities are basic, but overall comfortable. There is no kittchen(ette), just a coffee-maker, an electric kettle, and cups. The patio/balcony provides a nice view. One downside was the mosquitoes at night. It's not clear how they were coming in, since all doors and windows were closed.

1. 도착한 날 엘리베이터가 고장나 20킬로가 넘는 캐리어를 끌고 좁은 계단 7층을 올라갔습니다. 2. 전기포트는 더러웠고, 커피머신은 작동하지 않았습니다. 3. 개미와 모기가 들끓었습니다. 개미가 순식간에 모여들어 음식을 먹기도 조심스러웠어요. 4. 결정적인 건, 40도에 가까운 폭염더위에 냉장고가 없었어요. 차가운 물이나 음료는 사오자마자 마셨습니다. 이탈리아 10일여행 중 최악의 레지던스였습니다.
