We linkes the Service, A flabbergasting spot where the Apartment is located. An immediate IT-Service at 09:00PM was requested and the Problem solved immediately the same evening. Transparent Communication in advance to make sure That an Access to the Apartment was necessary due to further necessary Works to be solved After Our Stay in the Apartment. Honestly, Everything TOP.

眺めは素晴らしいが雨漏りは酷過ぎる！

I早朝4:00雨漏りの音で目覚めた。ベッドの下の敷物、キッチンも玄関もびしょ濡れ。全てのバスタオルで水溜まり処理し夜が明けた。フロントがなく9:00まで待ち連絡先に電話しても出ない。Hotels.com Japanに事情を告げ翌日翌々日キャンセルし、11:00前に他のホテルへチェックインし、12:00大切な人との約束に間に合った！Hemeras Boutique Aparthotel Piazza Duomo から謝罪はない.。woke by the sound of the leak early in the morning at 4:00. Both the carpet under the bed, the kitchen and the entrance are dripping wet. I wiped rainwater with all bath towels, and day dawned. Even if there was not the front desk and calls waiting contact information until 9:00 didn`t answer, so I sent an email. I told circumstances to Hotels.com Japan canceled it the next day and on the after next. I checked in at another good hotel before 11:00 and was in time for the promise with an important person at 12:00! There is not the apology from Hemeras Boutique Aparthotel Piazza Duomo..
