The perfect studio apartment for your stay in Milan! A few steps from the well-connected Central Station and Porta Venezia, very convenient for any trip.

The space, very bright, located on the top floor (with lift) of a prestigious condominium, has just been renovated and furnished, in fact it is equipped with every modern comfort: Air Conditioning, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, WiFi and a beautiful (and very spacious) terrace! Take a look to the pictures, you'll love it!

You cannot miss the view of the city from there! You will love enjoying a hot coffee in the sun.

The sleeping area is equipped with a foldaway bed, the place for the second guest disappears under the single bed, but by opening it the bed becomes a comfortable double.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, pots and pans for cooking.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The ghost has no review

It's an embarrassing story, but somehow I managed to book two rooms for the same dates and pay for them both. When I realized my mistake was when I received a telephone call from the host of this particular apartment and he told me that I needed to come and pick up the keys. But I was already in an apartment so that didn't make any sense. So I told him that he was probably mistaken. He was kind enough to call me back and tell me that no. I had actually booked the place and it was a booking that happened with out confirmation as I requested. I was very surprised but told him and no uncertain terms that I wouldn't be moving in and he told me that was fine but he was going to keep all of the money. To which I said I didn't think that was very fair and I would be happy to pay 50% and if he would return the other 50% that would be fair. He never responded. I'm sure his home was lovely but I never got to see it so all the way I've given ones it simply because I have no way of judging so I won't but I wanted you to know what happened.
