It was mentioned on the doors "no smoking" but there was smell in the corridor and even in the room. Which was uncomfortable because I don't like it. But I think we could not expect much in this price, it was budget friendly.

First thing to note is that there’s another Hotel Bristol very well located near Milan Centrale train station! Be careful if quickly adding the hotel to your map app as this one is a 30 minute ride out of the centre!! That aside, it’s a decent hotel if a little dated perhaps. It was clean and spacious with private bathroom but cash only and quite pricey for the quality but I guess that’s just Milan!
