The hotel is not recommended for tourists.
The hotel design was very cool, but the hotel lacks basic amenities.
The bed was very hard, and only 2 pillows
The staff did not provide the amount of water promised in the kitchen, so we had to buy our own.
There was a kitchen, but no coffee maker, dishes, nor even cutlery. Just 2 glasses.
Hot showers were also an issue. We totally ran out of hot water on the first morning, despite being fairly conservative. After that, we took minimalist showers
The front desk manager was very stressed and it was a struggle to get a functional key remade. Her solutions were not workable for us, and it was difficult yo get her to adapt. We finally left to buy water while she did what she needed to do and then could make us a working key.
The restaurant staff were
wonderful and accommodating. She even made us coffee early, because we has to leave for the airport. She gave us spoons for the yogurt we had to buy.
The location is very good, and the reason we chose this hotel. But, for the €, we did not get much
