The bed was uncomfortable and was directly opposite the fridge which made it quite hard to sleep at night with the light from the fridge directly in front of you. I had to sleep with my eye mask on. It was tricky to find the hotel lobby because the building was shared by multiple motels but it was manageable.

It was a good place to stay when you have an early train. There was noise through the night, so bring earplugs. Very basic, straightforward, economy hotel. Just what we needed!

The hotel was comfortable, quiet with good service from the staff. The hotel is very close to the central station giving access to just about anywhere. The lift is very small barely fits two people and luggage but we were very glad to have it. The biggest disappointment was not the hotel but the air quality in Milan, very bad, giving me a sore throat.

We only stayed one night. The room was very clean and worked for what we needed. The Mercato is right across the street which was great to try different foods. This place was a little hard to find and it is right next to the bus station. But overall it was great and the staff was very friendly.

It was very convenient to the train station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but there were a few areas needing repair. Bed was comfortable, shower was great! We would stay there again.

Location pros and cons

This small hotel is conveniently located near the trains and metro. The area is a bit rough and busy. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.
