The Wi-Fi was awful, the air con was so loud you could t put it on, my ground floor room had the window blocked , it was feel really really noisy and I couldn’t double lock my door so did not feel safe. I knew it was sketchy around Milano Centrale but I thought I was getting a slightly better hotel.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shower pressure was pretty good but the water was not super warm. My hair dryer didn't work. And the safe in the room wasn't functioning. You have to give your key back to the front desk if you leave. It's a little annoying but kind of a nice safety feature if you think of it that way.

Brilliant, comfy and close to Central Station so easy when arriving and then going to get the subway for the few stops to the centre of the city. Clean room, great facilities and friendly staf. I will be returning most definitely.

Old school vibe

Good Place

It was a great place for a 5 minute walk to the train station. The only issue was the shower head which could have been longer instead of so close to the wall which was spraying water down and really close to the wall.
