Room is small for 3 people with luggages also the closest need to fix hard to close and open the drawers can’t be opened because of the doors blocking. Clean and they change towels every day.

This hotel was amazing, although we only stayed one night! The lady at the front desk had the van ordered for us for 7am pickup. Since we were going to miss breakfast, she packed two bags full of goodies for us to take. This is the best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed with!

Front desk person extremely helpful. Room was small but attractive and bathroom was clean. Bed was too soft and uncomfortable and there seemed to be some insect biting me. Don’t go to the restaurant. Not nice service except for the maitre d’ and food was just average. Convenient to airport. But the to go “breakfast” was silly. A bunch of cookies in packets. Not worthy of Italy! The coffee was good, though. Overall it was convenient but not my favorite experience.

We stayed at this property solely because we had a 6am flight out of MXP. The family rooms have a bunk bed for the kids. It is very clean and convenience. Since we wouldn't be able to take advantage of the free breakfast, the staff prepared a "takeaway" breakfast the night before so that we had lots of food options. The shuttle starts at 4am and is free and timely.

Beside offering a shuttle to Malpensa, the great surprise was the incredible restaurant onsite. On a Tuesday evening it was full of locals. We enjoyed one of our best Italian dinners of the entire week on our final night!
