The apartment was nice and confortable, but my reason for giving an overal 3 stars is the the bed (matress) omg… so unconfortable, we sleep over an spring box, I could feel every single spring under my body, I could not sleep well those 3 nights. Other thing that we didn’t like was the fact that the bathroom (toilet area) has a window that need to be covered.

Amazing flat in Milan

The flat’s location is excellent, near all historic sites and tube & trai stations. The flat is very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again as well as recommend it to friends.

Poor communication lets down this great property

Check-in did not take place at the property. This was not communicated until the day of arrival and only through hotels.com emails (I get so many of these that it is hard to pay attention to them all the time). The email letting me know where the check-in would take place didn't get to my phone until I was already in transit, trying to navigate my family to the property so I wasn't checking/reading my emails at the time. We got to the property and eventually realised nobody was meeting us there. I saw the email and found that the check-in location was 20+ minutes away by train/bus (just over 2km walk). I left my family at the property and ran to the check-in location (not wanting to pay for the 4 of us to travel there) and checked in. I received no apology for the poor communication and they seemed annoyed that I did not have my family's passports with me for check-in. I then had to run back to the property to get my family in out of the 34 degree heat. The property itself was fantastic. 20 minute walk to Duomo Cathedral. Very modern, clean, fully fitted apartment. Right next to a metro station.

Excellent Location

The check in was easy, I requested someone to meet me at the property as I was traveling with my elderly mother and someone came to do the check in, beware of the cleaning fee, $42, the apartment is at an excellent location, carefur across the street, upstairs from the Cardorna station, very close to Santa Maria delle Grazie and Davinci's vineyard, Castello Sforzesco, walking distance from the exclusive Brera, il Duomo, it is quiet so you can sleep at night, there is an elevator in the building
