Well distributed spaces: kitchen equipped with table and chairs, double bed separated by a divider, modern bathroom with shower and hand shower. Ideal for short or medium stays thanks to air conditioning , fast Wi-Fi , smart TV and automatic access for maximum autonomy.
Located in Via Giambellino , an authentic and well-served neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and local markets. Excellent connections with the center, the Navigli and the main areas of Milan thanks to trams, buses and the subway.
Please note that renovations are planned on the internal facade of the building (courtyard side), with an estimated duration of about 4-5 months and will be carried out in compliance with the permitted times.
City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
