Reasonably good place to stay in Milan

The apartment is spacious and comfortable enough overall. Location is fine. The cleanliness was just okay, with a bit smoking smell in the apartment although there is an non-smoking policy. In general, it is a reasonably good place to stay in Milan for a few nights.

Aspectos positivos: Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, el departamento cuenta con elevador y está bien distribuido. Aspectos negativos: El acceso está un poco extraño, así que deben checar bien el tema de los correos que les lleguen porque deben ver el video y usarlo al llegar, de lo contrario no tendrán acceso. El clima no funciona, son equipos súper viejos y se ve que no tienen el mantenimiento adecuado ya que nunca logró enfriar ni siquiera la habitación principal, al igual que el refri, la nieve que compramos la tomamos como agua helada porque no enfriaba lo suficiente, (aún poniéndole a lo máximo). En la habitación principal le falta una persiana (son de las exteriores) así que siempre entra el sol súper fuerte en la mañana y para dormir es muy incómodo. Y la comunicación solo fue buena cuando se trataba de cobrar o de la entrega del departamento, para cuestiones de comodidad (clima y ventana) nunca respondieron.

Du positif mais aussi du négatif

Logement est très propre et bien équipé . Le logement est assez bien situé, juste à côté de Navigli et il y a des transports, pas très loin qui nous emmène au centre-ville . Mais il y a aussi des points négatifs . Nous avons eu quelques soucis durant le séjour , impossible d’ouvrir la porte principale malgré les instructions reçues par mail . La personne que nous avons eu au téléphone n’a pas été super agréable avec nous. Il y a un gros souci avec l’isolation phonique de l’appartement, nous entendons les voitures passées nous entendons aussi le voisin et son chien . Il y a aussi quelques marches à monter avant de rejoindre l’ascenseur, ceci n’est pas très pratique pour les poussettes .

Very nice apartment in a good location.

The apartment is very good, exactly as shown in the photos. Air conditioning is great, the location is good, very close to many restaurants. Parking is very difficult but it seems to be the same all over Milan. Great option for short stay in Milan.

Praktische und saubere Stadtunterkunft

Das Apparment ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe der Navigli und ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss vom Dom.Gut ausgerüstet zum Selberkochen, auch für Familien geeignet. Ort zum Schlüssel abholen 2 Min. entfernt.
