Great location--3 mins walk to S line and Metro, short taxi ride from central train station, superb restaurants in the neighborhood. Apartment condition could be improved (appliances, furnitures).

Misleading

Was contacted by phone day prior but could not understand the caller. Asked to send an email but did not receive it. Arrived, stood in a taxi cue for over an hour and then got a call from office. You need to collect key from train station office and then go to address. ( another hour in taxi cue). Accommodation was actually ok. They told us that they had many addresses and the address given is the office only.

Spacious apartment in great location

Pros: -Right off a main street, but very quiet -a block from the metro, 3 stops from the Duomo/Galleria -friendly staff -lots of space in living room and bedroom -plenty of hot water in bathroom -washing machine/dryer -good wifi Cons: -having to pick up the keys from the office

Desastre, no vale lo que cuesta, sucio!

El apartamento está muy bien localizado,en una buena zona con un supermercado grande muy cerca. También había varios restaurantes cerca pero estaban de cerrados por vacaciones. A parte de esto, había una cama doble y un sofá cama también doble, así que se podría compartir hasta con 4 adultos. Los puntos malos: si se estuviera compartiendo entre 4 adultos, dudamos de que hubiera tanta agua caliente para los 4. Por la parte de la cocina dejaba bastante desear, no había cubiertos para 4, había 2 sartenes, una se rompió por vieja y la otra estaba tan sucia que nos negamos a limpiarla. Hablando de limpieza, una taza sucia, microondas con restos de tomate, una cafetera con el café podrido dentro, el aspirador de olores del baño totalmente obstruido por el polvo. Además de esto, no teníamos ni bayeta, ni servilletas, ni papel de cocina, ni esponja y jabón para limpiar los platos, ni tampoco ningún trapo (tuvimos que usar una toalla de baño), ni bolsas de basura. Sí que había jabón de lavadora y lavaplatos, pero no lo usamos (no había suficientes cubiertos para acumular un lavaplatos). El parqué estaba demasiado viejo, 'crujía' por donde ibas pisando, en el check-in no nos dieron la llave del ascensor, así que hicimos escaleras. La wifi era un adaptador de viaje, funcionaba bastante mal. La puerta solo cerraba con llave,la dejamos abierta en el checkout. Nadie sabía una forma segura de dejar el apartamento, les daba igual. Dejamos el jabón y esponja para el siguiente

Check-was a hassle, almost an entire day of trying to contact the hotel upfront according to instructions and no one answered the indicated phone. Had to go through hotel.com (also not easy to contact), received another phone number (no answer either) and an email. Received a friendly email answer the following day, from then on everything went smooth with friendly staff, efficient key turnover and checkout. Apartment clean, quiet, location excellent. Would return any time (now that I have their email :-).

The Apt was in a nice quite old building. Good furniture, big enough. The area is great. Easy to reach the apt from the train station. There a tube station 1 min walk from the apt.
