Excellent location. Since property is managed remotely, delivery of service becomes a problem and is taking too long. There is no air conditioning unit only a cooling system which is not sufficient in hot weather. Kitchen and toilet are ok except for the shower area which needs general cleaning. Pillows were needed to be replaced during our stay. Unit is generally ok but not during summer and most importantly has to be well managed and maintained.

The physical aspect of the apartment was good. Looks like brand new but the air conditioning was not working properly. I made sure we have air conditioning because I know Milan will be hot when we are there. I even called to ask where the remote is. there was none.
